I would highly recommend this company. Jake and Ethan came today and took care of an issue with my humidifier on my furnace. They were thorough, helpful and kind. Also of note, I called the company two days ago and they were here today. I have no doubt they’re extremely busy with the hot weather and air-conditioning issues, but they fit me in regardless. A+ Company.

Omar, Matt, Nels, and Ed removed our furnace and a/c. They then installed a new furnace, a/c, air cleaner, and humidifier. The install looks fantastic in every way and they were all mindful to doing a clean and complete job. We also had a smart thermostat installed and Omar and Matt spent the time setting it up and provided some instruction on how to use it. I could not be happier with this company as we had them replace an A coil for our a/c several years ago. Highly recommend this company as they have integrity.

Had Levi out to help diagnose a mini split refrigerant issue. He was knowledgeable, fast, and efficient! He was able to diagnose and fix my issue in real time! Couldn’t be happier with his work. We will have him back out for an AC in the fall!

Ed came out and fixed everything to get us up and running again. He's very personable and informative. Will be having them come out annually for maintenance to prevent some of the issues we had.

I have a condo with a compact HVAC unit and space limitations. The old unit is no longer available nor supported. An entirely new type of unit and system is required and two full days were needed. Everything went as smoothly as one could expect. Jake the lead installer, operated with quiet confidence. Day one, Nels and Mason disassembled and removed the old HVAC carefully, prepping the new one for installation. Day two, Matt and Mike methodically connected everything up while addressing my concerns. Unit fits like a glove, literally! Everyone I was in contact with was professional, pleasant and polite, including the scheduler Soraya! No one wants to deal with the situation of replacing an HVAC system and certainly the expense associated, yet as painful as the financial burden is, AIR’s people provided a fair price and the personal helped reduce the pain. Job well done!
